After reading it, I would give it a thumbs up but not great. Although Lenin was in his twenties and Trotsky and Stalin teenagers when Engels died Engels deeply influenced the generation of socialists who came before them. For all his flaws, Engels, as they say in Yiddish, was a mench. I just wish the errors could be correct

Dr. Rented this book for the semester and am in love with the fact that I didn't have to buy it a full price and wonder what to do with it after my class ended. I have read the reviews and I agree with them but may have a different angle on assessing this book. The characters were fleshed out and really drew me in. Short sentences. I loved the first one and this one was just as good.
